facebook AND myspace are censor machines….. I found a great news website that reaches worldwide audiences in the billions…. http://www.current.com

Check it out, search for something involving false allegations/parental rights and see what you find!!! Sign in, vote up, and post your own articles!!!

  2. John Says:

I am with you Ron. They are violating your first amendment rights!!

  3. Lorraine Corso Says:

Ron-Italians always get accused of this sort of thing. Italians know-thats how we commnicate-lol!

Seriously though forget Facebook. Post on YouTube baby! You should see some of the stuff on there.
    You pale in comparison-trust me!

Naturally, having been victimized by fraudulent protective order and convicted on perjured testimony an additional constitutional offense does not surprise me. It would be interesting to find out the basis for this decision since the hypocracy is so in your face. Well it is facebook isn’t it? By the way, daddyjustice.com you referred to is an interesting site as it relates to justice for all and justice served.

    what they’re doing disgusts me!

i already hate facebook, myspace and all those other crap virtual psuedo-social networks
that are being crammed down our throats to control us from having real human interaction.

but i’ll still sign up and post your blog if that’s the only way to combat their even greater evil of proproganda against the truth of restraining orders.

i have experienced the fraudulence of restraining orders firsthand.

i still believe that they are unconstitutional. i can not loath them more.

is there anything else i can do to help?

    Ron

Good to see you doing something so effective.

I see campaigning for kids rights to be protected from this stuff as the most effective media strategy. It is the most important thing.
I don’t think the media will be as interested in dads getting fucked over.

Please see my presentation in Canberra Aust and by RCO below

currently I’ve been banned from any contact with my daughter now 11 till she’s 18.
No charge no conviction , just mum would “shut down emotionally if I saw my daughter.
I now have a restraining for 7 years that criminalizes any contact with my daughter.
This happened because I spoke to the new partner.
I didn’t even speak to my X …or my daughter other than briefly through the security door when partner wasn’t home.

I’m am a member of Facebook, haven’t looked at it for ages. I used it briefly top stay in touch with my eldest daughter when she was travelling.

What can I do to help expose this outrage.
(could it be that they are staffed by men/children/family haters?

Please keep me posted on what you’re up to.

TOPIC 6: Strengthening communities and supporting working families

PROTECTING CHILDREN WITH RECOVERY OF CONTACT ORDERS

Protecting children from the harm caused by Family Court litigation by protecting them from having one of their parents excluded by the other without first obtaining Family Court approval.

The proposal is based on the use of Restoration of Contact Orders (RCOs) that would be obtained from a Magistrates or District court in the same way as an AVO (Apprehended Violence Order or Intervention Order) – so that the child’s relationship with both its parents is not compromised until a Judge has the opportunity to assess the application of the parent that wants to deny the other parent from a natural parental relationship with their child.

Like AVOs, RCOs would be enforceable immediately so that the child is protected from harm form the initial instant.

RCOs would provide each parent with 50% custody of their children (or less by agreement) on a week about basis (or otherwise by agreement). .
Like AVOs, RCOs would be subject to prompt adjudication in Court – normally in a matter of days if opposed by the other parent. They would be enforceable by the Police.

    SAFE GUARDS
    If the mother, for example, wanted to resist an RCO on the grounds of genuine concerns for the child’s safety with the other parent, two options are available to her;

    1. She lays charges of child abuse (including serious neglect) with the Police, which would prevent the automatic enforcement of the RCO, until it can be adjudicated in court.

    2. She breaches the order by evading enforcement by the Police, in which case she’s got some explaining to do when it comes to court.

Likewise this applies for fathers too.

    ‘FAMILY VIOLENCE’
Be they genuine or contrived, Family Violence allegations and AVOs must not be allowed to compromise a child’s relationship with either parent when change over

arrangements can be made at school or through third parties (ie: thereby avoiding direct contact between the parents). In the unlikely event when violence is directed towards the child by one of its parents, the other parent can prevent unsupervised contact between the offending parent and their child by laying charges with the Police and applying to the Family Court for approval of the arrangement, in response to any RCO application.

We need to rectify this problem for children who currently stand to loose one parent on the say so of the other. These children are
    * 5 times more likely to commit suicide.
    * 32 times more likely to run away.
    * 20 times more likely to have behavioural disorders.
    * 14 times more likely to commit rape
    * 9 times more likely to drop out of high school.
    * 10 times more likely to abuse chemical substances.
    * 9 times more likely to end up in a state-operated institution.
    * 20 times more likely to end up in prison.

    * 85% of child abuse victims are from single parents homes.
